I accept to say this anthology sounds fantastic.
Great separation and soundstage. Quite the find for $15CDN in a used bin.

Apart from Jazz Police force this is a really nice album.

Alas I think the expletive of the remaster strikes again (well, not then much a curse, information technology's deliberate meddling). Still nowhere near every bit bad as other remasters I've had. Just most worthy.

Weirdly received a copy of this pressing inside a Songs of Leonard Cohen jacket. The release was sealed, so no show of tampering. Wondering if anyone else has seen this?

I have the we are vinyl release. Can someone give me some impressions on this i? I generally like most Music on Vinyl releases.

Tin ayone tell me if you lot take tracking issues on this release? I accept astringent problems in the middle of side A, and to a latter extent side B. Otherwise a great sounding release.

Both the anthology cover and the record labels state my copy was made in Holland (i.e. not 'Europe')

Information technology non have to be complex and full of gimmicks to be wonderfull and deep soulish music. Leonard got it, how to touch heart with few words, rip.

A vivid album both in terms of lyrics, songwriting, vocals and product, by turns moving, foreboding, nostalgic, very funny ("Jazz Police"), seductive and dramatic. "Outset We Take Manhattan" and "Take This Waltz" were standout hits of grade, but at that place isn't a slow vocal on the album. A keeper, and many people's get-go real exposure to Cohen.
